Hearing Aid Walk-In Clinic

At Jacksonville Hearing and Balance Institute, our hearing aid patients enjoy a walk-in clinic that is designed to assist with any troubleshooting, repairs, or even general maintenance cleaning of the devices. We would love to see you in the office! Our walk-in hours are on Tuesday from 10:00-11:30 AM and on Thursday from 1:00-2:30 PM.  

The hearing aid walk-in clinic is the pit-stop for hearing aids. Our goal is to provide a quick and convenient service to get you taken care of without having to wait for an appointment. We offer deep cleaning of the devices, practice with insertion and removal of the hearing aids, reconnecting the hearing aids to the phone via bluetooth, as well as evaluation of the devices to determine if the issue can be resolved in-office or if it is necessary to be sent to the manufacturer for repair.  

Although we have the hearing aid walk-in clinic for quick services, a further in-depth appointment can always be scheduled with your audiologist.
